What we look after

One contract, or four?

The honest answer is that it depends on how much of your week currently goes on chasing suppliers.

See how mobilisation works
Can we take just one service?

Yes, and most clients do to begin with. There is no requirement to bundle and no penalty for not doing it. What changes when you do bundle is that one team holds the whole building, so nobody gets to say the fault belongs to another contractor.

Is bundling cheaper?

Usually a little, because we are mobilising once and supervising once rather than four times. But the real saving is in the time you stop spending coordinating four suppliers, and that never shows up on anyone's quotation.

What if we're mid-contract with an incumbent?

Tell us the expiry dates. We are used to taking services on in stages as contracts fall due, and we will happily hold a survey report for six months until you are free to move.
