How we deliver it
The list above is what you buy. This is what actually happens on your site.
The specification is written down
Room by room, area by area, with a frequency against each task. Vague contracts are how standards drift — if it isn't specified, nobody is accountable for it.
Sites get fixed, named staff
The same people on the same site, with a named supervisor. Continuity is most of what separates a good clean from a poor one, and it is the first thing to go when a contractor is running short.
Supervisors audit monthly against that specification
Scored, photographed and shared with you — including the areas that failed. An audit you never see is a marketing exercise.
Periodic works are calendared, not promised
Carpet care, hard floor restoration, high-level dusting and window cleaning are scheduled for specific months at contract start, so they happen rather than getting deferred.
Consumables are managed, not requested
We monitor and restock washroom consumables as part of the round. Running out is our failure to plan, not your failure to ask.
Where this usually applies
The same service is specified differently depending on the building. These are the sectors where it comes up most.
Offices & business parks
Multi-let estates where tenants judge the landlord by the state of the car park. We run the common parts and the helpdesk tenants actually call.Retail & leisure
Out-of-hours cleaning, presentation standards and fast fixes so a broken auto-door never costs you a trading day.Education
DBS-checked teams, holiday-period deep cleans and compliance that stands up to an Ofsted or estates audit.Healthcare
Infection-control cleaning standards, HTM-compliant maintenance and security teams trained for clinical settings.
Questions we get asked
What happens when our regular cleaner is off?
Cover comes from the local mobile team, briefed on your site specification before they arrive. Because we directly employ rather than agency-fill, the cover person has usually worked your site before.
Do you TUPE existing cleaning staff?
Where TUPE applies, yes — and in our experience keeping the incumbent team is usually the right answer. They know the building. We handle the consultation process and the transfer, and tell you honestly if we think a role needs to change.
How do you handle out-of-hours access?
Key-holding, alarm codes and access cards are managed under the same contract as our security service, with an audited handover process. Where you prefer to keep control of access, we work to your system.
Can you clean to healthcare or food-industry standards?
Yes. Healthcare sites are specified and audited against the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness. Food and production environments are specified against your own HACCP or hygiene regime — tell us the standard and we will write the schedule to it.
Tell us about your buildings.
A contracts manager will come out, walk the sites and give you a written report. No charge, no commitment.
